All our unworn footwear can be returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Your are liable for the safe return and costs. We require a copy of our invoice which was Emailed on your order confirmation with the return. Buying multiple sizes and styles to select the most suitable is not free of charge. Admin fee of £3.00 per pair will be charged when this happens.
Exchange and Refunds
Your item can be returned for an exchange anytime within 7 days of the original receipt. Late returns may incur extra charges. We have no issues with exchanging styles or colours either. Refunds are processed upon receipt within 48 hours.
Faulty Footwear
Every item is checked thoroughly before dispatch. In the rare event an item has been delivered to you with a fault, you must notify us within 2 working days of receipt.
